Rich in history, Eaglemont is a leafy suburb located, 10 kms north-east of Melbourne’s Central Business District.
Eaglemont’s small shopping strip includes a variety of general stores including a grocery store, butchers, along with the famous Eaglemont Cellars. The suburb’s median house prices have been amongst the highest in Melbourne, and the market for its properties is notoriously competitive, with few houses going up for sale. The suburb is well serviced by public transport, having it’s own railway station, as well as numerous bus routes.
