Very friendly, personable service with a great result
From our initial meeting, Michael was very warm and inviting and we both knew immediately that he was the one to sell our property.
His sales approach is relaxed, not at all pushy and allows his clients to choose the sales campaign that theyre comfortable with.
During the campaign, we were kept very up-to-date with how everything was tracking, how interested each 'party' was and who were the ones to most likely bid on the day. He was totally honest right up to the eve of the auction when the leading party pulled out, but reassured us of the remaining bidders and that we were in good stead to achieve the result we hoped for.
In summary, Michael was referred to us, and we will be more than glad to both use his services again, and pass on his details if&when the opportunity arises. Michael got us the result above and beyond our expectations.
