Trustworthy, reliable and very nice people.
The best thing we did was to engage Steven Shaw from Nelson Alexander Coburg to sell our house. We felt supported and secure throughout the selling process, never felt under any pressure and were happy to take his very knowledgeable advice as the process was new to us. There was never a feeling that we were being manipulated or not being told everything with this company. Steven, Ryan and Damien kept us informed at every stage. They always returned our calls and were also helpful when we needed reliable tradies for repairs, garden clearing etc. This would have been a hit and miss process for us if we had had to find tradies on our own.
