Outstanding advice, service & professionalism    

We have used Nelson Alexander (Brunswick) for the past 4 years to manage our property and then decided to sell the property through Nelson Alexander based on the outstanding service provided by the property section (in particular Kirsty). Throughout the rental period Nelson Alexander identified outstanding tenants and provided advice on what was needed (as opposed what was nice to do) to maintain the property - to retain good tenants, attract good tenants, and be in a position to quickly sell if required. Their advice and sound judgement (actually Kirsty's advice and judgement!) made the rental experience easy and stress free. Nelson Alexander (Brunswick) were responsive and proactive. On the basis of the quality service we received we decided to use Nelson Alexander to sell the property. We couldn't be happier with the service, advice and professionalism of Peter Jones. He was upfront and gave us sound advice on how best to sell the property. In the end, Peter's advice was spot on and exceptionally helpful in achieving the optimum at auction.
