What we love about this home:

We love the space that this home offers. From the spacious master to the bonus studio space above the garage. The storage offered was always of convenience with built ins from the kitchen to the wardrobes, under the stairs and also in the studio and 3 garages. Those lead glass windows and doors will also be sorely missed. We enjoyed entertaining very much in our house and in our backyard on the deck, around the pool and on the lower levels with that magnificent stone work, always under the shade of the large oak tree.

What we love about this suburb:

Beautiful tree lined streets, the many parks, the people that surround us and most all convenience of shops, transport, hospital and schools is what we have loved and will miss. Hoping on a train after crossing the street and walking down the lane to Eaglemont Station is hard to beat. As was crossing through the station to Eaglemont Village and step back in time to a local community feel, not often found any longer.

Why we are selling:

Our circumstances have changed with work locations and school for our daughter. We have now purchased a new home that accommodates these needs.

Take some time and appreciate the craftsmanship that went into creating “Lakemba” from the façade to the leadlight and fireplaces approximately 90 years ago, that has stood the test of time.
