What we love about this home:

For over 64 years this has been a beacon of stability for this family.  One owner who has enjoyed his whole adult life here.  Fond memories for all the grandkids and great grand kids will be remembered as time passes it to a new owner.

What we love about this suburb:

Reservoir is close to everything. Without a doubt the most undiscovered suburb in Melbourne. 20 mins to the city or pop on the ring road and be at the beach in just over an hour down to Geelong.

It is a very unique suburb with lots of culture and vitality.  Preston market has awesome produce with many ways to get in and out.

Northland has an abundance of shopping experiences if you need something a little more specialised.

Within close proximity to Darebin Arts and Entertainment Centre  –  the arts are just moments away!
