What we love about this home:
As a young professional couple we designed and built a house that provides a perfect amount of space for entertaining and comfort living, whilst providing an additional income with the apartment upstairs.
We love the flow of indoor to outdoor living with the convenience of an alfresco that blends to the main living areas as well as providing adequate off street parking. A busy working life meant we also needed a house that was very low on maintenance.
The warm feel to a house that has so many creature comforts as well as several automation tricks and hidden secrets make everyday home life an experience, including this such as; electronic key pad entrances, swipe automatic exit door, separate intercom and alarm systems, automated curtain/blind systems and integrated in ceiling audio speakers.
