Superbly positioned with genuine period character
Owners Notes
21 Groom Street has been our home for the last 40 years. Built in the 1890’s it has obviously seen many changes, both in its design and the people who have lived here, it has a way of making people feel very comfortable and welcome. It has been the hostess for many fun filled parties and dinner parties in our time here and handles them with ease. The private courtyard has been a sanctuary for a drink and dinner on lovely balmy nights.
Clifton Hill is a very friendly compact little village and has so much to offer in the way of parks and parkland, sporting facilities and clubs all adjacent to each other. Queens Parade has any number of restaurants with Greek, Italian, & Indian among them, coffee shops and gift shops and even a real butchers shop!
Public transport is on the doorstep, trains, buses and trams and for those loving a game of golf Yarra Bend is only 10 minutes away.
Whilst we are sad to be moving on from No 21 with all its memories, we are excited about our next chapter, and No. 21 is ready and waiting to help make the next owner very happy and comfortable with theirs.
