What we love about this home:

This home has been owned by our family for over 50 years. It first belonged to our Grandparents and then our Uncle. Unfortunately, they are no longer able to live in the home. We have so many wonderful memories here.

Visiting the family that we loved, playing in the back yard with the dog and listening to stories of the past.

What we love about this suburb:

This is a very friendly neighbourhood. Close to Preston Market, Northland and local shops. The public transport nearby is excellent and there is a bus stop at the end of the street.

Why we are selling:

We have chosen to sell the home and keep the memories. There has been a lot of love in this home. But now it is time for a new family to make new memories and feel the love of this home.
