What we love about this home:

Our home is modern and interesting, people walk into our house and instantly comment on the colors, the feature walls, the bright space and the amazing front fence. It is well designed with all the living areas together in the middle. The bedrooms are the perfect size, bright and look out to trees and greenery.

The grass and green space outside is a beautiful retreat. The amazing apple tree provides the yard with shade so the kids can play or you can enjoy a drink even on a hot Melbourne afternoon.

Our enormous shed is the envy of many! We have used it as a workshop and entertaining space but it is a space with so much possibility.

Alfred street is a quiet street and we have fabulous neighbours.

What we love about this suburb:

It is close to everything you need, the city is a short drive, tram ride or bike ride. Preston and Thornbury have great cafes, restaurants, bars, markets, community events, schools, childcare and parks and gardens.
