As a novice into the Investment market, the information and guidance from Vito Bartucca and Celeste Gibbons has been outstanding! We have worked closely with Vito for the past 12 months as he has helped us secure our first investment, his hard work, great communication and knowledge of the market is what secured the property for a fantastic price. We didn’t purchase our property through Vito so we would like to commend him for taking us through the process and giving us the best advice to help purchase a property through another agent. Being absent landlords is always fraught with concern and worry, as we found out when dealing with other agents.
