Quick sale better than expectations    

Carl & his team did a great job, not just in achieving a price greater than I had anticipated, but saved ma a great deal of money in helping me to understand what parts of the house needed to be improved prior to sale and what was ‘ok as is’. Additionally, I gave them an advertising budget and told them to select the best way to spend if. This was the first time I had a sale in such a short period of time- only 6 days!
