What we love about this home:
This home has been a very much loved family home for nearly 70 years. We love the old Victorian architectural features and warmth which it offers, especially the high ceilings, the original fire places, the original wooden curved archway in the corridor, the leadlight window etc. The house has good solid walls and it keeps cool in the summer weather.
What we love about this suburb:
Fitzroy North is a wonderful suburb to live in and what is amazing about it, is that it is so central to everything and with public transport virtually on your doorstep. Fitzroy North is a suburb where you can walk everywhere, even if you don’t have a car you can still get around quite comfortably. It is a safe suburb. You will never be bored living in Fitzroy North and it also has a wonderful community feel about it as well.
Why we are selling:
Well, it is time for me to move on. There have been lots of wonderful memories filled with entertainment and life, love and family contribution over the decades, making this an old and truly loved family home. It is now time for the next home owner to create and develop their own sense of style in this house.
