What we love about this home
We purchased this property 6 years ago as we really saw the potential for renovation in a fantastic location, decent land size and generous space in the north-facing rear garden. The property had been held by the same family since being built, it was solid and well-constructed with a great homely feel.
We have absolutely loved transforming the original home with updates that make the most of every available space. By re-designing the living spaces we’ve created fresh, updated living areas that we use and enjoy everyday.
What we love about this suburb:
Preston has been a great place to live. The suburb has many immediate amenities and CBD is within easy reach. The Preston Market, High Street shopping Strip, parks and cafes all make this a great area to live. Hardy Street is quiet, tree-lined street and we have met some great neighbours. The tram into the city is at the end of the street, with trains only a short walk way.
