What we love about this home:
Our Californian bungalow style has a lovely warm family feeling to it. We have molded it to our growing family needs while trying to keep all the traditional charms. This home has been the biggest chapter of our lives and the centerpiece of our world. We have celebrated milestones in this home. We have made many wonderful memories and it has been filled with much love and laughter. It is lovely light filled home. Fabulous for entertaining with family and friends.

What we love about this suburb:
Preston has fabulous infrastructure. You are only 8km from the city Centre. Surrounded by a great amount of public transport. All within walking distance from our home. There is a wide selection of schools. High st is a buzz with cafes and multicultural restaurants. Plus the great advantage of the Preston Market. A couple of well-known supermarkets. Added bonus you are in walking distance from the Melbourne Polytechnic College. It has a fabulous training College/St Georges Restaurant. You don’t need a car everything is in walking distance. There is nowhere better to live.

Why we are selling:
As we do love our home, we find it’s too big for only two people now. It deserves another family to make many happy memories. It’s now time to start a new chapter.
