What we love about this home:
We love the modernist look of the home, which has big windows throughout the house that let in lots of natural light. The house is spacious especially with the unexpected additional studio at the rear of the house that has its own bedroom and ensuite. It’s a very versatile space. It’s a huge block with a big backyard and a great view of the Dandenongs at the back of the house. Our only regret is that we never had the opportunity to build a deck to really enjoy the views. Perhaps something the new owners will do.
What we love about this suburb:
The suburb is leafy green, is a close drive to the city, and has a great community feel where you can walk around and feel safe. Rosanna Village Shopping Centre has a nice local feel, with a good mix of retail businesses and cafes.
Why we are selling:
We bought this home as an investment property and would like to pass this on to a family that will fall in love with this beautiful, warm home.
