We had a fantastic, positive campaign. Mark Verrocchi and Petria Thomas were outstanding.
Our property was a very small apartment, in an older block of apartments that looked in need of some love from the outside. Probably not every agents dream sell.
This was never made apparent by the team. From beginning to end Mark and Petria gave us the same care and professional attention I would expect on a $6m house in Kew. They managed to get continuous numbers through on each inspection, and a good result in a sale.
All in all, I would definitely use them again, and refer them to anyone looking to sell.
