What we love about this  house:

The stunning appearance, beautifully renovated, beautifully presented house which is exciting, inspirational, and envied by all our friends, neighbours and families. It’s a home which we have always dreamed of owning! Its layout is well planned with clean lines, ideal for entertaining, easy to relax in and extremely easy to maintain. Because of the generous size provided by the living room, dining room, bedrooms and outdoor area there is a feeling of “space” which you can either listen to music or a good movie or, in my case, run my accounting practice – without disturbing each other! We never felt crowded!

Its magnificent garden is colourful and structured, requiring little maintenance and a joy to work in!

It’s a house which has never dated and will never be “boring”.

A very rare gem, a house in which to have fun!

What we love about this suburb:

There are no negatives with Carlton & North Carlton!

It’s close to a major shopping centre, universities, schools, the city, theatres, restaurants, transport, recreation facilities and last but not least, surrounded by very caring and great neighbours.

Primarily for family reasons. Had it not been for this we would never (ever) have moved!
