What we love about this home:

We love this house because it is big enough for us to all have our own space but has a flow that brings us all together for food and movie nights. We enjoy spending time together and have found the informal space a wonderful place to spend time on a weekend. The location is quiet and there is nothing nicer than sitting on the deck at the back with a coffee on a Sunday morning, listening to the birds before walking the dog down by the Yarra.

We all love running, and we have endless trails at our disposal that we enjoy – we have watched the seasons change and marveled at the wildlife so close to the centre of Melbourne. With 30% greenspace and many mature trees and gardens, it is a wonderfully refreshing place to call home.

This is an easy location to live in and enjoy…plus the kids get to walk to school and have loved the independence as they have grown up!

What we love about this suburb:

Our work is based in central Melbourne and the access by train is fast and usually efficient! Parking is free, and trains are regular – awesome facilities. We also use the airport regularly as we both travel interstate and internationally for work – the distance to the airport was a seller for us. Close enough to be able to access within 45 mins, but far enough that we get to live in a wonderful established suburb – a wonderful place to come home to after time on the road.

Local amenities are great with a gym right at the end of the road, every shopping facility you could need within walking distance and an awesome friendly IGA.

Why we are selling:

We are moving to Adelaide with work and would rather sell our home to someone to allow them to integrate into the community and build wonderful family memories rather than rent the property out.
