We have absolutely loved living at 4 Edward St.

We bought the property after a lengthy time searching for just the right place and then we found 4 Edward St. This one had all of the attributes of a house that we could turn into a home.

Being a couple that had aspirations of undertaking a renovation; we instantly saw the potential to create our dream home. Little did we know how truly wonderful the house would be for us.

Located in the beating heart of Brunswick, Edward St has given us the unrivalled ability to entertain and be entertained. Just metres from the doorstep is the vast and diverse Sydney Road, walk the opposite direction and you’ll find the cafés, bars and restaurants of Lygon Street.

The newly finished renovations have provided us with the luxury of being able to entertain both inside and out. Even though there is quite literally everything one needs just metres outside the front door, this doesn’t mean the simplicities were overlooked. As we wanted a home to share with others, we aimed to create an environment that was both a pleasure to be in, yet homely and inviting to others that visited.

Almost 5 years on and we’ve made the most incredible memories. It’s now time for us to pass Edward St on to a new owner of which will hopefully fall in love for all of the same reasons we have.
