Really excellent service! Courteous, honest - yes, honest! Nick West and Charlie Barham prepared me each step of the way through process of selling the family property. It wasn't an easy process due to the family breakdown, but I felt safe - yes, safe with Nick and Charlie. They didn't sugar coat the difficulties or pander to egos, they just helped us navigate a difficult situation with integrity and achieved a great outcome for us and the purchaser.

From 1st contact through to auction I could not, if asked to evaluate, fault the work of Nick and his team. Every step of the way no matter how small the changes I was kept informed of changes and updated with helpful and timely suggestions along the way.
