We were kept up to date with the progress of the letting of the property. A text was received after viewing, if applications were submitted we would receive a call prior to having them vetted, when a suitable candidate was found a thorough run-through of the tenant was carried out. Our property was let within two weeks of listing. Any concerns we had were addressed as requested, and promptly.
