56 Waverley Parade, Pascoe Vale South Stefan Stella is a breath of fresh air. The real estate game has changed greatly over the last 30 years. When I purchased my home in 1990 it was all very cut throat and high pressured, whereas Stefan demonstrated that possessing the right people skills along with a warm and confident manner are the key to success. Stefan was well aware that I was in no hurry to sell my old childhood home and that I was prepared to wait for the right price; however, he was determined to make it happen. Despite the fact that interested buyers were pushing the fact that nearby properties had recently sold for quite a bit less than what the asking price was for the property, Stephan worked relentlessly, and in the end the property was sold for an excellent price. Stefan was always available and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. He was always positive, realistic, reliable and super-efficient. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and never complained about the annoying rain we had during most open for inspections. It is refreshing to meet someone so young and ambitious who has such a good insight into the emotional process that vendors might undergo, when selling a property. Stefan also developed an excellent rapport with the tenants who were occupying the property and ensured that the process was not too disruptive for them. I will definitely recommend Stefan to anyone who is contemplating selling or buying a property. He will get the job done. Someone I know very well, who has worked with Stephan on a professional level described him most appropriately with the following simile: Give him a property to sell and he is like a dog with a bone. Great experience with Stefan    

We’ve been trying to buy our first home for two years and have generally had negative experiences with sales agents. However Stefan Stella was brilliant to deal with! Everything he said he’d do, he did. Buying a house is a significant investment and Stefan made it an enjoyable experience, he went out of his way to do this. To say I’d recommend Stefan to others would be a gross understatement.
