Mason Staver of Nelson Alexander was an integral part of a very successful campaign to sell our property. The auction was a cracker and went more than 25% over our reserve. Mason was our key contact person and kept us fully informed as the campaign developed. In the early phase, he sought and used our input to the marketing campaign such that we felt the property presentation reflected the enjoyment we have had in living there. The inspections went smoothly and we were provided a detailed understanding of the level of interest shown on each occasion. Mason identified the potential buyers and established relationships with them such that he was confident of who would attend and roughly what their bidding capabilities were. This allowed the auctioneer to formulate a strategy to maximise the number of bids and bidders on the day. Well planned and well executed!
