My property was handed to Nelson Alexander after a full 3 months of unsuccessful advertising with a competition real estate agent. A mere 1.5 weeks from handing the property to Nelson Alexander, the property was leased. Jacinta was fantastic at making the transition from one agent to another a simple and easy one. The management costs were matched, keys were collected and I did not have to lift a finger. I was assigned Tony as my property manager whom was proactive in trying to get my property leased, specifically recommending it to clients and setting up private inspections. I was impressed with Tony’s level of communication and professionalism during the leasing process, calling me weekly with updates on inspections and prospective tenants - something I did not receive at my previous agency
