Had mixed experiences while inspecting places with Nelson Alexander.
Some agents acted very unprofessional.
Luckily, the property we’ve just leased with Nelson Alexander is managed by such a wonderful agent - Breanna Saunders!
Wanted to write in to highlight that Breanna has had truely great customer service through the process of me gaining tenancy. Her patience, kind rapport and quick responses were amazing.
Due to corona, I had a few unexpected delays and changes and she really helped me navigate through, along with the stresses of suddenly having no guarantee’s it would have been easy for an agent to make this much worse but instead she made it a lot easier.
