Property Sale
After conducting a lot of research to see who would be the best choice for selling our property, Patrick Tilli from Nelson Alexander Real Estate Team stood out as the best option for our sale: I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings and Patrick was professional, absolutely honest about all points and strategies he was proposing. We are currently living overseas and intended to return in time for the property preparation, sales campaign period and Auction. However, due to Covid-19, we were unable to return to Australia at all during the entire process. With an unexpected and unprecedented situation to be faced with, Patrick made us feel like we were right there alongside him all the way. We have a beautiful, yet large and unique property and thought it could be a tough sell, and even more so in the unfolding world-wide pandemic situation happening. He hosted all opens and came back with excellent updates and information throughout the whole process. As Covid-19 legislation was put in place by the government throughout the campaign period he was extremely quick to respond, updated us at all times and had great solutions to all challenges and obstacles. It changed from the usual Open inspections to individual viewing appointments, plus the Auction had to be cancelled and moved to Private Sale. All of this could have slowed down the interest, or taken out the campaign all together, but Patrick worked tirelessly to keep the momentum going and secured an offer by the time of the intended auction date. With a quick and easy negotiation the contract of sale was signed and settlement a very smooth and easy process, all with us a mere 11,500 km away!
