Since 2009 Melissa Russo has thrived on meeting and exceeding the needs of her customers – a journey she continues to enjoy as Property Manager at Nelson Alexander Essendon.
Starting out at the reception desk, Melissa soon transitioned to the rental department where her career really blossomed and within a few short years found herself in the role of Department Manager.
A real people person, Melissa’s bubbly personality is quite contagious and is well complemented by her outstanding communication skills and wealth of industry knowledge.
Melissa also prides herself on the long-lasting client relationships she has established over the years based on trust, rapport, and always having their individual goals in mind.
Away from the office, Melissa loves spending downtime with family and enjoys nothing more than packing up and heading north to the Murray region for the next camping holiday.
