Light and Luxury with Exemplary Indoor/Outdoor Space

One of Tip Top's best, this fifth-floor Silo West corner apartment certainly stands out from the crowd with its oversized interior, first-class features and amazing wrap-around terrace to enjoy - all enviably positioned just moments from the buzz of Lygon Street. Bathed in natural light, the home's meticulously-detailed interior comprises two generous bedrooms (both with mirrored robes) together with a deluxe master ensuite and equally-stylish main bathroom - both with stone-top vanities and floor-to-ceiling tiles. Flanked by wall-to-wall windows, the spacious and versatile open-plan living/dining area is further enhanced by a beautifully-appointed kitchen complete with stone benchtops and breakfast bar, mirrored splashback, soft-close drawers and Smeg appliances. Step outside to discover a fabulous fully-undercover terrace ideal for relaxing alone or entertaining many while taking in the breathtaking views from the city to the mountains. Other stand-out features include split-system heating and cooling, double-glazed windows and European laundry with trough, plus lift to secure entrance foyer, lower-level parking space and large storage cage. Immediate access to the best of Brunswick including a choice of tram routes (Lygon Street and Nicholson Street), cool cafes, boutique bars and renowned restaurants, as well as childcare services (within the complex), the area's vibrant shopping strips, local parks and Capital City Trail.

Owners Notes

What we love about our apartment.

Location, location location!

This was the first stage of our retirement living but changes to health are necessitating a move.

Whilst living here we have taken every advantage of the spacious balcony for entertaining and relaxing, especially on a balmy summer night at the end of a hot day, as the views are spectacular taking in the Great Dividing Range in the distance.

What we love about the suburb

Brunswick East is full of diversity incorporating the many ethnic migration groups that have come to Melbourne over the years.  Restaurants and cafes are numerous and you could eat out every night if you want to.  Being able to walk everywhere and not have to get the car out is such a bonus. The proximity to the tram, schools, shops and hospitals is a real plus.

The trams take you to the city via Lygon Street where you can stop off in Carlton to eat, sit in a roof top bar or see the latest movie at the Nova Cinema.  Then on another day you can head to the city to shop, eat or attend one of the many cultural events that Melbourne is famous for.

Why are we selling
We are only selling because of health reasons and will miss the proximity to the life and bustle of this very agreeable inner city suburb.

Vendor Review

Exemplary Customer Service

Peter Jones came highly recommended to us via family who had bought their house through him. At all times he was honest, enthusiastic, cheerful and helpful. Good communication helped me organise my life for the opens and the feedback afterwards was prompt and helpful. Even after the sale Peter has been helpful in liaising with the buyer re furniture we have no use for. I feel very comfortable to ring him or text him with my queries. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
