Arthur Kokkinos was professional and personal, making us feel very comfortable and helped us in every step of the way. Arthur was easy to talk to and listened to our needs and concerns. He gave a realistic value of what our house should sell for, and it sold at the upper range of his advice. He gave very good advice on what to do, to make our house more presentable and uncluttered. We were fairly anxious about the process as this was the first time we were selling a house and moving out. Arthur explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Arthur was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs and concerns from the very first meeting. Arthur was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Arthur is absolutely wonderful to work with, it’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Arthur was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about upcoming inspections and always let us know as soon as a new interested parties wanted an inspection. We felt lucky to find Arthur. Arthur was extremely honest and upfront. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach, to answer any of our questions at all times.
