What we love about this home:

We love our large curry leaf tree and lemon tree, an endless supply of ingredients! We love the very private, quiet courtyard — facing east it’s lovely and sunny during the day but shaded by the house in the summer keeping us cool when we host friends for dinner to eat al fresco in the warmer months.

To save energy costs we installed Ecomaster high quality under-floor insulation to keep the place well insulated all year round. We love having a separate lock up garage — the workbench is great for working on projects without making a mess inside the house. We love the bathroom: separate toilet, shower and bathtub are very family friendly, and the single level makes it so easy to park straight out front to unload the groceries. The added bonus of being able to park three cars is great for when friends and family come to visit.

What we love about this suburb:

We love how everything we need is accessible within and from Reservoir.
