Lucy and I first crossed paths with Steven at a private inspection of a property in Preston. Unfortunately, the property did not meet all of our requirements, but post-inpsection, Steven took the time to chat to Lucy and myself to get to know exactly what we were looking for in a property, and well as taking into consideration our desire to seek private sale and off market opportunities given the disappointment of losing out at 3 auctions where bidding saw prices rocket well beyond what we could afford. Steven reassured us that he would keep us informed of any new properties that he felt fulfilled our brief, and that he did! He was able to match us to a property that was what we were looking for in almost every way and not compromising on the location. He was able to facilitate negotaions with the vendors to help secure a price that was agreeable to both parties with minimal stress and complication. We are extremely grateful to Steven for all of his helping us to get back on the property ladder with a place we know we will be very happy in.

We happily recommend Nelson Alexander Reservoir and our experience with Arthur Kokkinos was great. It was not a hard push sales pitch but more like a conversation that carried on. We did sell and were more than happy with the result but never felt pressured into selling as can sometimes be the case and even after the sale he was really helpful in advice on purchasing another property.
