In the last 18 months, due to my circumstance changes I had the need of selling one big property in Reservoir VIC and buying smaller ones. First of all with selling my big property in early 2020, the advertisement had just gone up to see the whole VIC got into covid lockdown. It was a win-win solution for both the vendor and the purchaser. This brought my headache away and enable me to move quickly with my plan. Recently I bought another investment property with Steve Quan and put this one for rent. Both Steve Quan and Melanie Podrebarac were excellent in guiding; supporting me through out the process. As the Rent Agent, Melanie is very proactive and resourseful in marketing the property during covid extended lockdown period. She also worked hard in co-ordinating many parties including the property builder, developer, plummer and utility suppliers to resolve several issues to get the tenant in smoothly.
