Owners Notes
What we love about this home:
This house has a really warm, happy home feeling for us. We fell in love with it the first time we saw it. We always wanted a house with living area and bedrooms on one level. The space on the ground floor was perfect for our business, and later on as an overseas guest accommodation, teenager entertainment, music retreat, “sleep overs”….
With balcony and large windows it is filled with natural light from morning to evening. We love the open space kitchen to family and dining/ lounge area.
The big but cozy veranda with the pool was certainly enjoyed as another living space from early spring to late autumn. The teenagers loved it all year round, even in winter under the gas heater.
There is abundance of storage, which helped keep our house always tidy.
What we love about this suburb:
Rosanna is a quiet and safe family suburb. There is a choice of excellent primary schools, Rosanna Primary just across the road. Vicinity of Viewbank SC was a big benefit for our children. Perfect location, walking distance to shops, busses, train station. Friendly neighborhood.
Why we are selling:
Our memories are filled with happy moments raising our family in this house. But, children are growing up, one already got married and moved out.
It is time to move on.
