Inner City living for me is about Lifestyle & Social wellbeing and this location in Carlton doesn’t get much better than this for entertainment, restaurants, schools, outdoor activities, easy access to the CBD and with transport on your door step.  I’ve always wanted to say this: “Location, location, location ”

In 2006, I purchased 258 Faraday Street with the intention to one day move in and enjoy the lifestyle in retirement. This was my passion and driving force behind the complete rebuild keeping only the Victorian heritage facade and developing the land into a double storey three bedroom, two bathroom home with a north facing courtyard.

Working with an architect we created a modern home focusing on open space, energy efficiency & technology that would stand the test of time. Incorporating a classic square set design throughout other features including high ceiling heights, double doors entry into the downstairs bedroom/office, open timber staircase treads, mirror splash backs in the kitchen to create light and sliding stacker doors that open onto a north facing courtyard.

We also included an effective energy efficient ducted heating & cooling system that can be zoned, a Rinnai Infinity hot water service that controls the temperature and LED lights throughout.
