What we love about this home:

We enjoyed the fact that this home is easy to heat and cool, our power bills were always low. Good insulation meant it was cool in summer & warm in winter. The sun in the living room could be enjoyed or easily closed off by the blinds. It is so central to everything, we walked to the park and my husband walked to the train station. It was also easy to clean and stay clean!

What we love about Macleod:

Macleod is only 25 minutes to the city by train or car and it is also really close to the Western Ring Rd, making the western suburbs also very close. There are some great cafes in the area, the big playground near the station has lost to offer for big and little kids. There is also a YMCA which offers gym as well as classes like gymnastics for kids. 

Why we are selling:

We have to sell as we are building a new home (we have 4 kids now, phew!) and we just can’t afford to build without this extra cash.

The neighbours are lovely and welcoming!
