What we love about this home:

The property retains its warehouse appeal and is unique to the market where all converted warehouses have been stripped of all it’s original characteristics. We love that we are living history – it’s the original warehouse where Bosisto Eucalyptus was being made. Some favorite features are the high ceilings, recycled timber floors, open living, original metal tiles, big windows and the industrial feel. Plus it’s so close to everything – a walk to the city and central to everything. It’s the closest to living in New York I’ve ever come to.

What we love about this suburb:

Richmond is in it’s prime and constantly evolves and grows. All the foodie places are coming up and it’s celebrating everything lifestyle. It’s right where all the entertainment areas are as well as a short walk to the city. We can walk to Collingwood, Abbotsford, Fitzroy, South Yarra or the city within half an hour or go for a run to the Tan and back. Our friends all live within the same vicinity too which adds to our love of Richmond.

Why we are selling:

We need a bigger warehouse! We have 3 cats and 3 bikes. Therefore we’re looking to find a similar bigger warehouse in a similar area – otherwise we wouldn’t leave cos we love it.
