What we love about this home:

 We fell in love with this house on first sight. We bought it 4 days after arriving from overseas after having lived in Melbourne before. It was the best decision ever as this was a great family home with a private spacious backyard.

The court location is quiet and ideal for children and the neighbours love to socialise. The house has great character and a nice warm feel to it.

What we love about Ivanhoe:

· Walking distance to Ivanhoe shopping centre with many choices of coffee shops and restaurants.

· A well-established leafy suburb with lots of services nearby

· Walking distance to the train station and private schools
