What we love about this home:

We moved into 48 Darebin Blvd with a vision. We wanted to create a home that was modern, full of natural light and allowed us to entertain with style. We created exactly that and our home is often coupled with the vibrant energy of friends, family, music and food.

We love our modern ensuite and the ease of walking in and out of our beautiful shower. We have found having two bathrooms is such a blessing with small children and with friends and family staying over.

Our entertaining area is a sweet spot in the house. We created it so that we could use it all year round. During winter the heat and ambience of the wood fire pizza oven warms the decking area allowing long nights outside with friends, this is added to by the fixed café blinds that keep out the rain and weather. In summer, we have long table BBQ’s, opening up our kitchen area onto the decking.

What we love about this suburb:
Our move to Reservoir was initially held with some reluctance as we were both very used to inner city living and we had an initial plan to stay only 12 months. Four years later Reservoir has well and truly grown on us to the point that we have purchased our next property also in Reservoir.

We love the growth in this Suburb, the new cafes that are opening and the feeling of space within city life. We love that when we are home we hear birds chirping and stillness instead of trams rattling and car horns beeping. We love that we are close to High St cafes, the Preston Market and all the parks, walking tracks and the Bundoora farmers market.

Why we are selling:

Selling Darebin Blvd is not without reluctance, as we love our home. However, we have made the choice to buy a larger property while staying in Reservoir with a new vision and our expanding family.
