Family Living with Exciting Future Prospects
Owners Notes
After living here for over 30 years as a family home, it’s easy to reflect on what we have loved about this house & the community.
We’ve raised our 2 daughters in this home and they now bring our grandchildren back to enjoy it as well. We have enjoyed great family occasions & entertaining in the large north-facing back yard under the sail cloths and have prided ourselves on maintaining & nurturing our beautiful established garden including hardy roses, fruit trees and a raised vegetable garden.
The inside of the house is bright and airy, with terrific natural light and a very versatile layout that works well for family living.
Other features includes extra storage in the roof with a drop down ladder, ducted gas heating and air conditioning ensuring year round comfort for the family.
The self- contained unit in the back yard has been ideal for visitors staying and given us great flexibility in accommodation.
The studio/workshop was originally an office and changed to alternate between being a ‘man-cave’ and a play room for the children/grandchildren.
What we love about the area:

- Close to lovely and diverse restaurants and wine bars- able to have a night out then walk home.
We hope to hand our home onto a family who derive as much pleasure from the home and neighbourhood as we have over the past 32 years.
