What we love about this home:

As a couple with two young children Argyle was a lovely first family home to bring up the kids. We love the light filled rooms, carpeted play space and sunshine that streams into the dining room and side deck on Saturday mornings.

We love the street view and tree filled aspect from the lounge and master bedrooms and have enjoyed many cosy nights in front of the fire in winter.

Happy days were spent in the cubby house, tending vegies & herbs in the garden, playing under a sprinkler on the front lawn in summer and table-tennis in the carport when it rained.

What we love about Macleod:

We have the best neighbours in the world. Argyle is a quiet, safe street with friendly families who really made us feel a part of the local community with street parties, BBQs and cricket in summer.

We love the short walk to the train station, great coffee, bread and butcher at Macleod village shops and the local Thai restaurant for a yummy takeaway dinner on Friday nights.

Our children enjoy the walking distance to kinder, school and friend’s houses. They can walk or ride their bikes to Macleod YMCA, Futsal at NETS, Tennis courts and soccer ovals. We also really enjoy walking the dogs in the lovely nearby Rosanna Parklands.

Why we are selling:

We now have a family of five and with three teenage boys really need a large five bedroom home.

We are sad to leave our friends and neighbours in Argyle Street but excited to think a family will enjoy living at 32 Argyle as much as we have.
