What we love about this home:

We sell this home with heavy hearts after deciding to move closer to our parents to maximize the support in bringing up our two young children. We fell in love with this house 5 years ago, mostly for the generous proportions, great storage and family friendly floorplan. Many a family meal has been prepared in this kitchen whilst easily watching our two young children playing in the back garden.

This house is an effortless entertainer, with bi fold doors that allow total integration and flow between the outdoors and inside. We enjoy countless sunny afternoons with the back doors open, lounging and reading on the deck. With music playing and the BBQ at the ready, the house provides the perfect place to enjoy the warmer months with friends.

Come winter we are quick to light the fire in the front lounge and get cozy in front of a family film. The large kitchen island has become the perfect place for casual family lunches and after school activities.

Our kids love this house and will be heartbroken to leave. Loving all the nature that surrounds this house, the native landscape that we look out to, the trees that surround us, the abundance of Rosella’s, Grass Parrots and owls that can be spotted overhead and the occasional kangaroo that appears across the road!

Oh and we have the best neighbours you could wish for!

What we love about this suburb:

Macleod has a lovely, young family vibe. The playpark in the village is always alive with young children and mum’s meeting for coffee and park play dates. Here you are close to everything, Greensborough plaza is only moments away and the local soccer club and Watermark have both won its place in our weekends!
