What we love about this home:

We designed this home to incorporate the loads of natural light available throughout the day and use of open space living design.
The home is just over a year old too.
During the summer months there is nothing better than opening the large courtyard doors, sitting on the deck and letting in the summer air and warmth whilst cooking for the family in the large open kitchen with the Italian appliances, which is very enjoyable.
The master bedroom upstairs is complete with a Juliette balcony that we love and the bathroom upstairs is easily accessible by the other bedrooms.
We love the en-suite located in the downstairs bedroom as well.
The home is easy to live in and the hardwood floors throughout the downstairs areas add to the warmth of the home.
Whether you are a family or a couple, this home is very enjoyable to live in.

What we love about Macleod:

We love Macleod because it is close to the Polaris Shopping Centre and the Summerhill Shopping Centre which have the major supermarkets and K-Mart as well.
Macleod has a village like atmosphere, yet it is only 14km to the CBD and the train station is just a few minutes away.
We like to use Northland Shopping Centre as well, which is not far away when driving.
Macleod College is just around the corner and the village with the park for the kids, are both close to the station.
We like that we are a short distance to Ivanhoe and Heidelberg and the Western Ring Rd is easily accessible when needed.
Its a family friendly suburb with loads of native trees and native birds that like to visit some time.

We are selling as we are moving to another home in Macleod which is being built.
