- We love entertaining guests with drinks and a barbeque on the deck.

What we love about this suburb:
- The best bakeries: D Chirico, Loafer, Natural Tucker and Kylie’s, are all walking distance. Clay grocery, Rathdowne Deli and Skinner and Hackett in the village are our go to for everything we need for the week
- Local cafes, such as Green Park Dining, they are open 7 days, for everything from coffee to dinner, even cocktails and Cafe Bu is just around the corner for a coffee on the run
- Being able to walk to either Princes Park or Edinburgh Gardens for beautiful green spaces
