What we love about this home:

We love how private this home is. Once inside, the high ceilings and long corridor take away the stresses of the day and the new fixtures and amenities make it a wonderful home to relax in.

The kitchen/dining/living space is our favourite as it brings our family together to debrief the day, the large bedrooms with generous built in robes add to the sense of space and privacy that this home brings.

The large entertainer’s courtyard with a built in BBQ has hosted many summer gatherings, the flow from the kitchen living space out to the courtyard keeps everyone connected. The shade of the large apple tree above the daybed is where you will find us in summer reading the papers and relaxing.

What we love about this suburb:

The park at the end of the street is a favourite for our family, we take our dog down to the Yarra river and explore the peaceful trails – it’s hard to believe it’s only 7km from the city.

The train station is 200m away with the commute to the city only taking 20 minutes, on the weekends we like to go out for coffee and food at the many local cafes and restaurants.

Why we are selling:

We are selling to relocate closer to our preferred secondary school and closer to family support.
