What we love about this home:

We particularly enjoy the light from the north facing aspect, polished floor boards, high ceilings, an updated generous sized ensuite/main bathroom, dual living areas, modern and well planned kitchen.

Our home has retained its spacious bedrooms and we have replicated these upstairs. Having adult daughters, this has enabled us to all have privacy and many spaces to relax, study and unwind.

A cul de sac keeps traffic flow/noise to a minimum, the garage is also light filled and updated. Established gardens (with vegie patch and lemon tree), large backroom, deck, spa and free flowing layout have made entertaining a pleasure for the past 29 years.

What we love about Heidelberg:

Walking along Yarra river trails, short walk to train, shops, Austin Hospital and schools. Many options for travelling into city. Vibrant café culture. Many varied and quality sporting and interest groups close by. Short drive or trip on public transport to Warringal, Northland, and Doncaster shopping centres, Preston Market, Latrobe University and RMIT Bundoora.

Why are we selling:

Our girls are ready to move and we are downsizing. We are looking for a single level, smaller home, in the area.
