What we love about this home:

The home is spacious, practical and a generous size. We use all the spaces, inside and outside. We love to entertain out on the decking and have enjoyed having all the family, enjoying barbeques together. The basketball court has been an added feature for the home with both children and adults enjoying shooting some hoops. The federation frame of the house is solid with quality fit outs throughout the home.

What we love about this suburb:

We love the suburb as it is safe, quiet, family oriented and community based. We are perfectly positioned with public transport as the bus is literally right outside our home. Walking distance to Diamond Valley Stadium, Apollo Parkways Primary, St Thomas Primary and St Helena Secondary. Convenience of having Greensborough Shopping Centre around the corner.

Why we are selling:

We built this beautiful property to accommodate for our growing family and to be close to our son’s Primary school, High School and Basketball stadium. We are selling to downsize as our children have moved out of the family home.
