3/9 Cumming Street, Brunswick West VIC 3055

We have been living in Brunswick West for the past 13 years.  We fell in love and bought in the area because it was central to everything & everywhere.  It is amazing how quickly we get to many places including the CBD, Melbourne Airport, Highpoint Shopping Centre, restaurants/bars/cafes and even many parks & leisure centres – we often are envy of our friends!

Our home offers plenty of space and accommodation. Along with 3 bedrooms, there is also a study nook/computer area at the top of the stairs and the bathroom is fully equipped with a jet spa.   We have in built ducted heating and split cooling in the master bedroom which is great at keeping us warm in the winter and cool in the summer.  We always feel very secure with the electric security gates at the street plus the added bonus of the homes security alarm.

Our Friday nights are all about choosing the next restaurant to taste. Do we go into town? Do we head down to Lygon Street, or should we just go to Sydney Road?  We are spoilt for choice and the cultural food is amazing and so close.

Summer is when we really get to show off our home! We join our friends and family and enjoy BBQs on our enormous decking area! On beautiful warm nights nobody wants to leave!

Unfortunately, we have outgrown our home and it is time to move on to something a little bigger to accommodate our growing family. We will be staying in the area as we have loved our time in Brunswick West.  We love it here and we know the next owners of this home will enjoy all the things this place & the neighbourhood has to offer.
