Prior to purchasing 1 Jeffery Street, we had previously been in the market in search of the perfect home for many many months. The home we were searching for had to tick all the boxes; 3 bedroom, 2 car garage, decent sized block of land, nice area, close to public transport etc - basically a home with a 10 year plan.
