What we love about this home:

Unit 2, 131 Ellesmere Parade is a recently completed townhouse that embodies both functional living as well as creative design, modern materials and technologies, neutral color palette, quality appliances and many other features that go beyond the standard.

This project has been a collective effort by us to design and build a modern townhouse that can fulfill the living requirements of many. We love the open plan living area with its high ceilings, abundant light, imitation log fireplace, large kitchen which opens up into a large outdoor patio area, making it an ideal space for many gatherings. Upstairs the en-suited and robed bedrooms provide a more private area in which to relax. Beautiful spaces in which to create a beautiful home.

What we love about this suburb:

We continue to live in Rosanna and enjoy all the wonderful benefits that this suburb continues to provide. Our wellbeing is increased by the wonderful Rosanna Parklands, with its walking tracks, playgrounds and abundant bird life.
